African Black Soap is an extraordinary, multipurpose cleanser, originating from Ghana. Endowed with natural ingredients and anti-bacterial properties, it is suitable for all skin types and can be used as a shampoo, face or body bar. Notably, African Black Soap is effective in soothing irritations, reducing hyperpigmentation and fighting acne.

 

SPECIAL CARE INFO

Be careful NOT to use this soap directly on your skin.  Our Black soap is RAW & UNREFINED which means it may contain small bits of ash or husk which can damage/scrape the skin if applied directly.  Please lather bar in hand or with a wash rag before using.

DO NOT store in water.  This is a soft soap that melts much faster than traditional soap.  Store in a soap dish making sure to drain away any excess water and let air dry. Our Wooden Soap Tray is perfect for our soaps as it allows excess water to easily drain off allowing your soap to dry and last much longer.

    This is good quality soap. I apply it to my rag then my skin. I moisturize with black seed oil after and it my skin is very soft. I bought this for a few acne and eczema scaring. I'm very happy with my purchase. I definelty will buy more bars so my skin is glowy for this summer!!!

    Do you use preservatives in your products?

    Many preservatives have a chemical component to them, including most vegetable-based preservatives.  Chemicals are toxic to the body even in small doses.  While we continue to search for a truly natural full spectrum preservative, we have found a natural compound that offers some preservative properties. Radish Root Ferment Filtrate is a natural antimicrobial derived from fermented radish roots. This will now be added to the formulations of all our products that contain filtered water and/or aloe vera.

    Butters and carrier oils have a natural shelf life of 1-2 years.  We also add essential oils and Vitamin E T-50 for their antifungal and antimicrobial attributes to help stave of bacterial growth, however proper care is important to keep product from going bad prematurely.  Please follow the instructions on the label for care and expiration information or contact us at info@justelivingnaturals.com for more information.

    Of course!  Since our products are made entirely out of 100% natural, hypoallergenic, chemical free and GMO-free ingredients, they are safe for every member of your family.
